REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request a refund, return or exchange any unused item in new condition within 30 days of receiving the item. Please send an email to heavymetalclothingco@gmail.com requesting a refund/return/exchange and then check your email for approval before sending your item(s) back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice.

All refunds are credited in the form of store credit. 

All returned or exchanged items must include original packaging, and items in original condition in which was received. 

All sales on custom designs are FINAL.

If we find the item defective after careful inspection, your return could be denied.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
• All accepted returns will be refunded via store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
• The original package shipping is free as always, but the buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Return and exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Heavy Metal Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please send us an email at heavymetalclothingco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
• Returns that don't meet our return criteria are subject to delayed processing times, 50% restocking fee, or denial.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed.
